The association Patrons Sans Frontières is open to all, with no distinction.

Once being granted membership, the member adheres by operation of law to both association’ statutes and rules of procedure if these latter exist.

A member loses his membership if:
• There is a written resignation.
• Exclusion regarding a failure to pay the annual membership.
• Exclusion regarding a failure to comply with both PSF’s values and objectives.
• Death regarding natural persons or dissolution for any reason whatsoever regarding legal entities.

The exclusion is passed by the Board of Directors after noticing the failure to pay the annual membership.

The exclusion of a member cannot be passed after the audition of a member concerned by the Board of Directors.
